Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you allow analytics. Google receives technical visit information, including your IP address and browser information, and the public page path. We do not send your order details, address, map link, WhatsApp message, private URL parameters or fragment to analytics. Advertising features are off. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Use Cookie preferences to reject analytics at any time. Rejecting does not prevent ordering by WhatsApp. This website has no customer account, payment processing or site-hosted inquiry submission form. We also measure registered campaign labels and known referring website origins, without their paths or parameters. With analytics allowed, we also count clicks that open WhatsApp as contact intentions, not confirmed messages or orders. Only fixed action labels and the public page path are sent.
Information we collect
When you prepare an order request, you may enter your name, chosen food items, quantities, delivery address, rider instructions and a Google Maps link. Your order draft is prepared in your browser; it is not automatically submitted to a Jane’s Fresh Bites order database. If you message Jane through WhatsApp or Messenger, Jane receives the information you choose to send. There is no customer account or online payment form.
Why we use your information
Jane uses customer messages and order details to answer enquiries, confirm availability and prices, arrange delivery within the BF Homes service area, respond to complaints and handle lawful business or recordkeeping obligations. Necessary website requests and security information are processed to deliver and protect the site. Optional analytics are used to understand which public pages and contact links are useful; we do not sell your personal information.
Legal bases and your choices
Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to respond to a requested order or provide a service, comply with applicable law, or protect legitimate business and website-security interests where permitted by Philippine law. Optional Google Analytics requires your separate permission. Saving your name and address on this device also requires your optional choice. You can continue browsing and asking Jane about orders without consenting to analytics.
Orders, Google Maps and GPS
The website shows you a WhatsApp order draft before you decide to open a chat. Opening a link does not confirm that a message was sent or an order accepted. If you choose the Google Maps picker, your search and selected place are processed by Google. Browser GPS is requested only after your action and permission, and its suggested map pin must be reviewed against the address you typed. A map pin alone does not verify a house number or guarantee delivery.
Recipients and service providers
Jane may share the delivery information needed by a rider to fulfill your request. WhatsApp and Messenger are services operated by Meta; Google provides Maps and, only if you consent, Analytics. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and can process technical request information such as IP address, browser and security metadata. These providers process data under their own terms and may use infrastructure outside the Philippines. Jane does not run an advertising-pixel service or an automated message-sending API on this site.
How long information is kept
Jane’s standard policy is to keep ordinary WhatsApp and Messenger business conversations for no longer than one month after an order or enquiry has been completed, then review and delete them manually. Particular records may be kept longer only when needed for a legal requirement, an unresolved payment or delivery dispute, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. This one-month rule applies to Jane’s business copies of conversations, not to copies and logs independently held by Meta or other providers.
Saved details on your device
Only if you tick the optional remember box and open a valid WhatsApp order draft, your name, delivery address, rider notes and map link are saved in this browser for up to 30 days. The website checks expiry when you return; it cannot delete a record from a closed browser in the background. Select Forget saved name and address to clear it earlier. Your order may still be sent manually without choosing this option.
Cookies and optional Google Analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics processes technical visit data and reviewed public page paths; some IP and browser information is received by Google. We also measure clicks intended to open WhatsApp, which are not confirmed messages or orders. Customer names, address text, item choices, map pins and message contents are not intentionally sent in analytics events. Advertising features are disabled. Your analytics preference is stored on this device for up to 180 days; change or withdraw it through Cookie preferences on this Privacy page. Google and Cloudflare apply their own technical data-retention policies.
Your privacy rights and security
Under applicable Philippine privacy law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion or blocking where justified, object to applicable processing, withdraw optional consent and lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission. Email the privacy contact email shown above with enough information to identify your request; Jane may need to verify that you are the correct person before disclosing records. The website uses HTTPS and security restrictions, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
